Spice mobile has introduce a new android smartphone in it's Smart Flo series , Spice Smart Flo Ivory 2 Mi-423 has a 4-inch capacitive touch screen (480 x 320 pixels) display ,Operates on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and powered by a dual-core 1 GHz processor .The smartphone is now available in India via online retailer Saholic for Rs. 4299 .
