               Back in October we listed that Huawei would release four new Android smartphones,  G700, Y511 G610,and Y320 in Indian market soon. These smartphones went on sale online at the end of October. Now, Huawei has introduced these mobile phones officially.

First Android smartphone from Nokia reportedly in the works, to launch in 2014

In a totally unexpected twist of events, it looks like Nokia, the biggest supporter of the Windows Phone platform will release its very first ever Android smartphone in 2014. The Verge has claimed to get strong details from sources that Nokia’s codenamed gadget, the Nokia Normandy is actually being tested on the Android OS and will be released next year.


Anyway, the news claim that Nokia is testing out the gadget on a forked line-up of the Android OS, just like Amazon, so it may not come with default Google apps installed on the gadget. But still, it's good news for all the Nokia mobile phone fans out there praying for the company to introduce an Android-based smartphone.

Multiple sources familiar with the plans of the Finnish smartphone manufacturers expect the Nokia Normandy to be an entry-level Android smartphone, designed to impress budget-conscious android phone buyers across the world.

Nokia Mobile is currently in the process of being taken over by the software giant, Microsoft and we aren't sure how an Android gadget fits into the overall strategy or whether we will actually get to see the gadget in the wild or not.

In a separate leak, @Evleaks has listed an image of the Nokia Normandy (listed above), but hasn’t confirmed that the smartphone is being tested with Android. No other information regarding the device are available at the moment, but we will keep you updated if anything else pops up about this first Nokia Android Mobile phone.

Now the Samsung Grand Neo has been leaked, that comes with curved corners and Duos branding, similar to the available model Galaxy Grand. According to the" SammyHub’s tipster", the new Galaxy Grand Neo is expected to comes with a  5-inch  (800 x 480 Pixels) touch screen display, and powered by a quad-core Cortex A7 1.2 GHz processor and running on 4.3 (Jelly Bean) operating system with TouchWiz UI on top. It would also  comes with Samsung’s software features such as Multi Window.

Other specifications of the android phone are not available yet. Specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Grand Lite (GT-I9060) smartphone that leaked recently, that also passed through the FCC that confirmed the dual-SIM support and powered on a 2100 mAh battery. Specifications of the Grand Lite and the Grand Neo look same, so the Grand Neo smartphone might be the name of the Samsung GT-I9060.

You can only see the front portion of the device in the leaked image, so we are not sure if it would have a leather-like rear cover, similar to the Samsung Grand 2. Hope we can expect the gadget at the MWC 2014 February.
