Lenovo computer manufacturing company is announsing their first ThinkPad tablet with a Windows 8 operating syatem. The Lenovo ThinkPad Helix has 11.6 inch detachable keyboard base tablet .ThinkPad Helix packs a lot more power because the presense of Intel Core i7 processor.The Lenovo ThinkPad Helix will ready for sale in the US starting in February last.Unfortunately,it is very expensive than other Windows 8 tablets.the prices are expected to start at $1499.ThinkPad Helix comes with pressure-sensitive digital pen,IPS multi-touch display,1080p and full-sized keyboard.
The Lenovo ThinkPad Helix has 3.7 pounds with key board and 1.84 pounds without keyboard.The device has thickness of 0.8 inches.It can easy to work like a laptop when docked to a keyboard base.But the device has what Lenovo calls a flip and rip shape which lets you remove the screen and use it as a standalone tablet device, or snap it back onto the base in stand mode. The ThinkPad Helix provides up to ten hours of battery back up. Lenovo tablet features 4G LTE mobile broadband support,enhanced security and Near Field Communication (NFC).
