Google team has introduced the new payment option to the Google Play Magazine store.you can able to get the digital version for free, If you already subscribe to the print edition of a magazine.I think all magazines are not supported ,some of the publications may extra charge  before giving a sign in that works on a tablet.Google's Play Magazines having a problem setting up an online account to go with Wired subscription.Wired Magazine commonly charges more for a print plus tablet subscription than for a print only subscription.
