First Imprintable/Bendable /shape conformable polymer electrolyte Li-ion Battery in The world

                     First Imprintable/Bendable Li-ion Battery in The world : Korean scientists have uncovered a process to produce a set of bendable,imprintable and shape conformable polymer electrolyte with super electrochemical performance in Li battery device.Li battery system produced by ,the material can be sprayed on electrodes after that baked with Ultra-Violet rays for about 30 minutes in order to produce power units.

                    This is a less time cosuming method compaired with standard way of creating Li-ion cells. South Korean Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology is done this project and Professor Lee Sang-young is the head of the research.The Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, which is co-sponsoring the research.They said that

                   "Conventional lithium-ion batteries that use liquefied electrolytes had problems with safety as the film that separates electrolytes may melt under heat, in which case the positive and negative may come in contact, causing an explosion.Because the new battery uses flexible but solid materials, and not liquids, it can be expected to show a much higher level of stability than conventional rechargeable batteries."
